Throughout the year, we offer both public and private workshops for leaders and staff of non-profits and social-profits organizations. We will introduce participants to project management approaches, concepts, and tools that apply directly to a non-profit environment. Public workshops are posted on our website and registration is online. We also work with larger non-profits and social-profits to deliver private workshops for their staff. We are planning to host a Level 1 Introduction to Project Management for non-profits and social-profits each quarter this year, plus some Short Courses as well on subjects like change management.
