Project Management Volunteers of Puget Sound
About Us
Project Management Volunteers (PMV) of Puget Sound is the latest member of PMV, itself a non-profit organization, whose purpose is to further provide support to local and national non-profit organizations through project management services. We endorse the Project Management Volunteer’s message in both words and actions.

Carmen Leung
Co-Founder/Executive Director
Carmen Leung has been heavily involved with PMV before moving to Seattle, Washington. Having worked as both a Volunteer Project Manager and Client Relationship Manager with PMV, she believes the work PMV is leading will leave a lasting impact to communities through project management services. In June 2021, she founded the Puget Sound Branch, with the mission to bridge the gap between non-profits and project managers.

Kayla Quijas
Co-Founder/Executive Director
Kayla Quijas has been in the project management field for over five years. As an active volunteer for the Puget Sound Chapter of the Project Management Institute, she understands the important role volunteers play in the project management field. Kayla joined the mission to launch the Puget Sound Branch of PMV because she believes connecting non-profits to value project management skills has a positive impact on every aspect of life.
