Job Title: Workshop Facilitator
Chad plays a leading role at the Spectrum Society for Community Living where he is articulate and adept at helping people navigate change. Spectrum’s mission is to support people with disabilities to experience full citizenship and genuine belonging in community. In his volunteering role at PMV, Chad brings over 12 years of nonprofit management experience.
Those who have worked with Chad describe him as being aware, inquisitive and optimistic. Aren’t these qualities important to leading change? He is proficient at seeking an organization’s strengths to help them adapt to new methods, cares about enabling leaders to guide their teams through change, and gives people the tools they can lean on to use time and time again. In sum, he helps organizations stand on their own and chart their own way forward. This approach aligns with his favourite quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson, “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path, and leave a trail.”
