Our workshops introduce useful tools, frameworks, and approaches that participants can apply directly to their projects, especially in environments where resources are limited, timelines are tight, and community impact matters.

What We Offer

PMV delivers public and private workshops throughout the year for staff, volunteers, and leaders at all levels.

Essentials of Project Management for Nonprofits

A comprehensive introduction to core project management concepts and practices.

Format: Two half-day sessions

Short Workshops

Focused sessions on specific project management topics.

Duration: Approximately 2 to 2.5 hours
Options: Public sessions or customized private workshops
